Users administration¶

Users list¶

You can access the users list by navigating to Administration > Users.

If you have defined the option Allow registrations with Registration is moderated, new user must be validated., new user is created with pending role. You can see the list of pending users with filter option.

In with case, to moderate a new user, you must open it detail and click on Accept (or Ban) button.

User information¶

Details¶

You can click on a user in the list to access detailed information.

Here, you can:

• View and edit the user's email address
• View the user’s language
• View and change the user’s role (administrator, moderator, or user)
• View the login status
• View when the user confirmed their email
• View the date of the last sign-in
• View the most recent IP address used by the user and find other users sharing this IP address
• View the total number of participations
• View the total size of uploaded media

Profiles¶

You can click on a user in the list to see all of their profiles.

Click on each profile to see detailed information, including:

• Organized events
• Participations
• Memberships

Actions¶

You can perform several actions on a user from the list.

Ban¶

You can ban a user by clicking the Ban button and confirming with the Ban the account button:

• All of the user’s profiles will be deleted
• The user will no longer be able to log in
• The user will be unable to create a new account with the same email

Unban¶

You can unban a user by clicking the Unban button and confirming with the Unban the account button:

• The user will be able to log in again
• The user will need to create a new profile to interact with the app
